Once a range and design have been decided upon, our sales consultant will carefully measure and then generate and present a comprehensive quote for your approval. This quote will include a timeline.
STEP 3: MANUFACTURE
Each product and order are then custom-manufactured from the best raw material using world-leading technology.

SECURITY BARRIERS
There are many effective security barriers like wooden shutters, indoor shutters, external shutters, bathroom shutters, white shutters, bedroom shutters, patio shutters, bi-fold shutters or traditional retractable door solutions on the market, but only a few that look as good as they work. We only use the best materials available on the market today in all of our offerings. Our attention to detail is stand-alone in the market; from the tamper-proof anti-corrosion aluminium hinges to the top and bottom locking rod and strip-proof Italian locks. Hidden in the aluminium framework of our security louvre shutter lies, the ‘Gear Tilt’ system and is unique to AMERICAN shutters. This system nullifies the need for unsightly tilt rods allowing unobstructed views between the louvres. The new system has undergone stringent tests and the results prove consistent, efficient, smooth and problem-free operation. Tests simulated daily opening and closing of the louvres over a ten-year period. Locally manufactured from architectural grade aluminium, the shutters are suitable for interior as well as exterior use, perfect for South African conditions
MATERIAL AND CONSTRUCTION
Our durable intruder resistant Security Shutters and gates are made from powder-coated architectural grade aluminium that is 100% recyclable, and is available in three different configurations. An extremely strong build and assembly, tamper proof aluminium hinges, long-lasting stainless-steel fixings (screws / bolts etc), strip proof Italian locks and a 10mm locking rod engaging simultaneously at the top and bottom ensures your safety. Our wooden blinds are manufactured from Eco-Friendly materials and are economical. Wood is sourced from sustainable forests and engineered to precise design specifications using individual wood fibres. Minimal wastage by using up to 95% of the tree. Manufactured and installed to best practice European and American quality standards.
Patented polypropylene coating is easy to clean and ensures stain-, peel-, crack- and chip resistance.
Coating is medical-grade and verified environmentally safe (releasing no Volatile Organic Compounds into the air).
Coating contains UV inhibitors to protect against colour fading and yellowing.
Perfect for harsh African conditions – engineered wood can withstand high desert-like temperatures and coastal climates.
Overlapping rabbet stiles for improved light block-out and privacy.
Reinforced engineered stiles with laminated core for high level of durability and structural integrity.
